Supporting Frontline Teams Through Peak Season

Peak season runs on your frontline team. Longer shifts, heavier volume and more time on their feet add up fast, and the strain people carry through October to January rarely shows up all at once. Proactive care gives employees support before everyday strain becomes a bigger workplace issue.

Body Techniques brings licensed massage therapists to your warehouse, plant or jobsite and schedules sessions around your shifts, so your team gets real care without slowing the operation down. One partner, every site, across the US and Canada.

How It Works for Frontline Teams

Care comes to the worksite

Your employees don’t travel anywhere or give up a day off. Therapists bring professional massage chairs and all equipment and set up in a break room, training room or other space near the floor. Employees stay fully clothed, and a session fits inside a break.

Scheduling works around shifts and operations

We plan sessions around your shift pattern, not ours: around shift changes, during scheduled breaks, or rotating by line, crew or department so the floor stays covered. We can cover early-morning, overnight and weekend shifts, and more than one shift at the same site. Your site lead tells us when people can step away, and we build the schedule from there.

Time for physical and mental well-being

A 10 to 15 minute chair massage gives people a real break from repetitive work and a demanding season, and a moment to reset before heading back out. Add guided meditation or a short stretch session for crews who want more ways to recover during the day.

A manageable investment during your busiest season

Programs are priced by total service hours, not per employee, so you decide the scale: one day at one site, a peak-season series, or a rotation across every location. Each therapist has a three-hour minimum. As a benchmark, about 10 hours of service runs around $1,090 and covers roughly 40 fifteen-minute sessions (outside California).

Built for the Way Your Industry Works

Shipping, Receiving and Distribution

Peak season starts early on the dock. Volume climbs from October through the January returns rush, and receiving, picking, packing and loading teams spend most of every shift on their feet, repeating the same motions. We run sessions near the break room through the shift, so people can step away for 15 minutes without holding up a dock door.

Manufacturing

Production teams work to line schedules and output targets, and in a busy season that often means overtime and extra shifts. We plan around your line schedule and break bells, setting up off the production floor so nothing gets in the way of safety or output. Our therapists complete site safety orientations and badging wherever a plant requires it, so setup is simple.

Construction

Construction crews do some of the most physical work there is, often outdoors and on a schedule that moves with the project. We bring care to the jobsite trailer, field office, company yard or a nearby indoor space, timed around crew start times and breaks. Our therapists come to wherever the work is, so crews get relief without losing time on the job or leaving the site.

What You Provide

About 7 by 7 feet of space per therapist, plus a small table and a trash can. A private room isn’t needed; break rooms, training rooms, conference rooms and site offices all work. Every therapist is licensed and insured where they practice, and a dedicated account manager coordinates the details with your site contact ahead of time.

Rolling Out Across Multiple Sites

Most frontline employers run more than one warehouse, plant or yard. You shouldn’t have to find and manage a different provider in every city.

Participation Reporting You Can Take to Leadership

When you’re asked whether the program was worth it, you’ll have the numbers. Your account manager shares a summary of sessions booked and delivered at each site and shift, so you can show how many employees took part, compare locations, and plan next peak season with real data.
